Refund policy

Due to our products being handcrafted and customized specifically for each order, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds.  All sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we do offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our product warranty policy, on defective or damaged products. Any product approved for exchange must be returned, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.  

If you receive a defective item and would like to initiate an exchange or request store credit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package at Annaroseco2020@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of defective product with the defect clearly shown in the picture so we can assist you quickly. Items damaged during shipping will be rectified via direct claim with the shipping provider and may take some time to process. 

For eligible exchanges, please note that all shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received, an invoice must be received prior to shipping the replacement item to you. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you've simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong color or style, so please double-check your order details carefully before completing purchase.
